Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our efforts to build capacity, engage and serve the broader community, build partnerships to expand our services, and continuously improve the experience and health outcomes of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership of Clackamas Free Clinic, ensuring effective management and sustainable quality operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders to develop and implement the organization's strategic plan.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services to meet the healthcare needs of our patients.
  • Build and maintain strong community partnerships to support the growth and sustainability of the clinic.
  • Develop and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to achieve the clinic's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality patient care standards.
Requirements
  • Five years of relevant leadership and management experience in healthcare operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets, with a focus on financial sustainability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong community partnerships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders to achieve the clinic's goals and objectives.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.
