Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our Saddlebrook Senior Living community in Oklahoma City, OK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the overall operation of the community, ensuring compliance with residents' needs, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Supervise and motivate community staff, providing leadership and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and meet corporate financial goals.
  • Ensure the maintenance of resident charges and review documentation performed by resident care staff.
  • Oversee the resident admission process, ensuring required documentation is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the organization and industry.
  • State/Local certifications as required to be an administrator.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal and organizational skills.
