About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Dustin L Wismer State Farm Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and working with clients to provide them with personalized insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product offerings to ensure expert knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

Requirements:
