Landscape Account Manager

A Landscape Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing landscaping projects and client relationships. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Project Coordination: Develop and implement work plans, coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and staffing for landscaping projects.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work provided, ensuring it meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Train and oversee landscaping crews, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Sales and Proposals: Prepare and present proposals for additional landscape services or upgrades based on client needs.
- Site Inspections: Perform regular site inspections to ensure maintenance standards are upheld and identify opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Ability to perform all competencies of Site Supervisor, with experience managing a multiple landscape management project portfolio with strong interpersonal skills and strong leadership abilities.
Language Skills: College education or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with appropriate grammar and vocabulary.
Computer Skills: High degree of skill and experience using Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
Math Skills: Advanced math skills, understanding of calculations regarding square footages, GPM, cubic footages, and basic accounting principles.
Certificates: SPCC certified, ALCA Certified (or actively working towards certification).
Driving: Must have valid AZ Driver's License, acceptable DMV report and pass AAA Landscape driving test.
Work Environment: Typically first light until 3-5 PM. Must be available to attend after normal working hour's meetings and occasional weekend work.
