Position Summary

We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to drive our ambitious growth initiatives aimed at assisting fleets in minimizing their environmental impact. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Marketing Manager will be tasked with designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing budget allocations, creative development, implementation, and performance analysis. Collaboration with the Sales team will be essential to enhance business opportunities and foster enduring client relationships, alongside mentoring and guiding the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate a marketing strategy that aligns with sales objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a holistic marketing campaign, establishing performance metrics and team goals.
  • Provide mentorship and support to the marketing team to facilitate professional growth.
  • Develop and manage digital content, exploring new platforms and opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of press releases and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to inform outreach campaigns and optimize engagement.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Participate in marketing events, including trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, with a focus on data analytics for at least one year.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a management role, emphasizing team development.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • Experience in videography or video editing is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
