Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in advancement and philanthropy, with a proven track record of success in fundraising and leadership.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as business, non-profit management, or higher education administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in advancement software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a higher education setting, with a strong understanding of the academic environment and the role of advancement in supporting the institution's mission.
  • Knowledge of the College of Fine Arts and its programs, with a passion for the arts and humanities.
  • Experience with capital campaigns and major gifts fundraising, with a proven track record of success in securing significant gifts.
  • Strong network of relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and other advancement professionals.
