Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to drive our ambitious growth objectives, focusing on assisting fleets in minimizing their carbon footprint and achieving sustainability targets.

This full-time, salaried role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and a matching IRA. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing budgeting, creative development, implementation, and performance analysis. This position will collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships, while also providing guidance and mentorship to other marketing team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to formulate a marketing strategy that aligns with sales objectives.
  • Lead the design and execution of a complete marketing campaign, establishing benchmarks, KPIs, and team goals.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the marketing team to promote professional growth.
  • Develop and manage digital content, expanding existing platforms and exploring new opportunities.
  • Prepare and approve press releases, online publications, and promotional materials.
  • Gain insights into the industry and relevant markets to optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support in-person marketing initiatives by attending relevant trade shows, conferences, and award ceremonies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 1 year focused on data analytics.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, emphasizing mentorship and skill development.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media and digital marketing, with a strong grasp of digital KPIs, SEO, Google Ads, and Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, Webflow, or similar design tools.
  • Experience in videography and video editing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
