  • Team Development
    • Promote inclusion, diversity, mutual respect, and dignity among team members.
    • Follow and improve the Assistant Store Leader Work Design.
  • Store Operations
    • Make the store a great place to work creatively through events and team-building exercises.
    • Reward and recognize team members for outstanding performance and address underperformance.
    • Complete final interviews and make hiring decisions for areas of responsibility.
  • Training and Development
    • Ensure all team members receive an enriching onboarding process and comprehensive training.
    • Oversee and evaluate training provided to team members to reduce turnover and promote efficiency.
  • Customer Focus
    • Interact daily with customers, identify trends, set goals, and create action plans.
    • Communicate the company's strategic plan and the store's specific plan to team members.
  • Financial Management
    • Ensure departmental financial information is accurate, sales are correctly stated, purchases are recorded correctly, and inventory counts are accurate.
  • Team Management
    • Ensure team members are scheduled through SMART Track and delegated work assignments to meet business needs.
