Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all tutorial services offered in the Learning Assistance Center, ensuring high-quality support for students.
  • Supervise and train a team of tutors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance student learning and success, working closely with faculty and staff.
  • Manage the TracCloud software system, maintaining accurate records and data on student tutoring usage.
  • Collaborate with Disability Support Services to ensure accommodations are in place for students with disabilities.
  • Work with the IT department to troubleshoot system issues and maintain instructional laptops.
  • Track and analyze student tutoring usage and retention data, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Promptly address tutor, student, and professor concerns and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a community college setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Regular attendance is required, with the ability to work some in-person evening and weekend hours.
