Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
  • Two years of experience in a hospital ER setting and minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience preferred
  • Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, self-directed, excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Evidence of the analytical skills necessary to solve technical, clinical, administrative, and managerial problems
Special Skills & Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of previous management/leadership experience
  • At least 5 years of ER RN experience
Licenses / Certificates
  • Current State licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri
  • Obtain TNCC, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification within first 90 days of employment
