M3 Placement is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support our business units in managing employee relations, interpreting HR policies, and assisting with performance reviews, compensation, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management to business units.
- Collaborate with labor relations on contract negotiations and union matters.
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee complaints.
- Support compensation, performance reviews, and HR-related training.
Requirements:
- College degree, 3+ years of HR experience (union environment preferred).
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and HRIS skills.
Salary Range: $80,000–$94,000
