About the Role

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with a 4-day work week and full benefits. As an Account Coordinator, you'll be the voice of Mission Lane, serving as the primary point of contact for customers who have fallen behind on their credit card payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive forward our mission of enabling financial progress by negotiating payment or settlement plans with customers.
  • Approach customers with dignity and respect, providing a positive experience and helping them improve their financial health.
  • Work in a virtual call center environment, utilizing your communication skills to resolve customer issues and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in any industry.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software.
  • A private, quiet, distraction-free, interruption-free work area is required.
