We are seeking a Resident Care Specialist to join our team at Westminster Canterbury Richmond. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for serving menu items to order from a limited menu for residents in a caring, home-like environment.

Shift(s): Nights and Weekends are a must. FULL-TIME

Requirements:

  • Ability to respond in a patient, courteous, and cooperative manner to residents, staff, and the public is essential
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal communication
  • Ensure dining area is clean and stocked and maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to perform some light cooking, sandwich preparation and cleaning
  • Must be able to lift 20lbs unassisted and work on feet up to four hours at a time
  • Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • 1 or 2 years of related work experience and experience working with senior adults is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • ServSafe certification desired
