Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

As an HR Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the HR department, driving both professional excellence and personal well-being within our client's organization. You will report directly to the Executive Leadership Team, playing a key role in shaping the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual career development plans to enhance strengths, address weaknesses, and support long-term career growth.
  • Act as a strategic partner by aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives and driving innovative HR practices.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers, including payroll services, 401(k), profit sharing, and health benefits.
  • Create, collaborate, and execute programs that contribute to health, safety, wellness, and team-building activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR management with a track record of strategic leadership (3-4 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and ERP systems like Oracle.
  • Experience with 401(k), profit sharing, and payroll services.
  • Strong project management and team-building skills.
