Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Curtis Lane Holdings LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and managing human resource functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the company's health and welfare benefits, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off, STD, LTD, and leave management.
  • Manage talent acquisition by actively recruiting new employees through job postings and in-person recruitment events, and facilitating candidate screening and interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Travel to company locations to facilitate benefits open enrollment meetings, trainings, or professional development events as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Participate in the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Oversee performance improvement strategy and conduct appropriate discipline according to company policy.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources or 10+ years of relevant experience in business management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct experience with HR and benefit functions.
  • Current SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • An unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including the Department of Labor, EEOC, and FLSA.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to access and navigate each of the organization's facilities in the multi-state area where the company operates.
