Job Summary:As a Human Resources Specialist in Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing job openings from intake to hiring and improving the recruitment process and candidate experience. You will handle all job openings in our depot, from driver positions to bicycle couriers, team leaders, and process engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage job openings from intake to hiring, including collaborating with stakeholders to determine the best recruiting strategy for the open position.
- Conduct job interviews with candidates, coordinate and organize telephone intakes, (digital) interviews, and selection days.
- Improve current processes to achieve even better and more effective results while ensuring candidate satisfaction.
- Organize events and participate in career fairs in the Frankfurt area.
You are in charge. You will be responsible for finding the right candidates for our delivery service and stores, and contributing to strengthening our employer brand.
