Job Description

Unlock Your Potential at DXP Enterprises, a leading professional distribution management company. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing exceptional service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
  • Process customer phone orders and facilitate shop repairs through job creation and parts/supplies ordering and tracking
  • Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
  • Check availability of stock and track order ship dates
  • Quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, and process sales data via computer

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent customer focus, both internal and external customers
  • Business software data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 or more years of industrial experience
  • Pumps, compressor, or rotating equipment experience desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a flexible team environment

Physical and Working Conditions: Lifting packages, office setting, light warehouse and shop, occasional customer deliveries and visits
