Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with current clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct product demos, trials, and presentations to showcase the value of iClassPro's software
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the software industry, preferably with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
