Industrial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-Time Sales Professional to join our team at Applied Industrial Technologies. As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and identify new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- 1+ year of outside industrial sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
