About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Tempur Sealy International, Inc., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing the best possible sleeping solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences and providing personalized recommendations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
