  • Handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently, averaging over 100 calls daily.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  • Adhere to our customer engagement strategies.
  • Achieve both qualitative and quantitative performance targets.
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Adapt to various customer personality types.

  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
