We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Hellolanding. As an Evening Community Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members via various communication channels.

About the Team:

Our Member Experience team is dedicated to providing a world-class experience for our members. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our members' concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Hellolanding members via phone, text, chat, and email requests
  • Communicate with independent contractors in-market (Landing Hosts) as they perform cleanings, installations, and other home services for our members
  • Coordinate member move-in and move-out of Hellolanding homes
  • Own the resolution of member issues, including diligent follow-up between members, hosts, and our properties
  • Secure the coordination of checkout and member extensions
  • Provide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Hellolanding journey

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in our office
  • 1+ years of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and via phone
  • Well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously
  • Kind, self-motivated and hardworking, a history of achieving targets
  • Customer-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel
  • Nice to have: bilingual with communication skills in both English and Spanish
