We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Hellolanding. As an Evening Community Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with independent contractors to ensure seamless execution of services
- Coordinate member move-in and move-out processes
- Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Hellolanding journey
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in administrative tools and software
- Customer-focused approach to problem-solving
