Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the management of daily operational activities
- Answer phones and respond to client requests and inquiries
- Maintain operational documents, reports, client records, and company databases
- Update and maintain relevant office procedures
- Draft and email customer correspondence, memos, and letters
- Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
- Organize and schedule truck runs for daily deliveries
- Create and maintain an organized filing system
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training preferred
- Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar position
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Must be able to speak Spanish
