About the Role:
John Knox Village of Florida is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate transportation for residents, including scheduling and tracking.
- Manage resident records and forms, utilizing various software programs to track and maintain accurate information.
- Generate and track work orders, invoices, and inventory, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to the Life Enrichment department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Smart Sheet and other software programs, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Notary Public certification preferred.
