Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in all guest-accessible areas, including restrooms, storage spaces, hallways, stairwells, and vending areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests, staff, and vendors.
- Clean and replenish supplies in the RV Resort common areas and employee restrooms.
- Ensure yurts are well-maintained and sanitized for guest safety and comfort.
- Prepare and organize cleaning carts with necessary supplies for efficient cleaning operations.
- Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Vacuum and/or sweep all floor surfaces in common indoor areas.
- Dispose of trash from all guest-accessible and back-of-house areas.
- Strip beds of used linens and remake them with fresh ones.
- Sort, pre-treat, wash, dry, fold, and deliver resort linens.
- Ensure the proper functioning of washers and dryers, reporting any issues to management or maintenance.
- Keep the laundry area tidy and maintain linen carts and supplies in an orderly fashion.
- Label and promptly submit all lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Maintain organization and stock levels in supply rooms, ensuring cleanliness of mirrors, furniture, floors, pool areas, and doors in the Clubhouse.

Guest Restroom Maintenance
- Clean shower walls, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and walls to ensure sanitary conditions for guests.
- Replace towels, soaps, and all room amenities, restocking literature for incoming guests.
- Wipe down closets (doors, handles, and shelves) and replenish guest room supplies.

Safety and Reporting
- Inspect door and window locks to confirm they are secure, immediately alerting security to any unsafe situations for guests and staff.
- Document any deficiencies, including mechanical and electrical issues from guest rooms, and report to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly.
- Attend all mandatory departmental and training meetings.
- Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and regulations as required.
- Ensure the protection of company assets as applicable.
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills are essential.
- One to three months of experience in hospitality or cleaning preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of general cleaning principles, cleaning products, and standard cleaning equipment operation.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license with the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.

- Must provide a signed release allowing the company to obtain a driving abstract to demonstrate a good driving record.
- Must be insurable to drive company or customer vehicles by the company insurance carrier.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- This position requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
- The role necessitates walking, bending, crouching, squatting, and stretching to complete cleaning tasks with well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
- The position involves time spent indoors and outdoors throughout the day, requiring grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and visual acuity. This is a 24/7 operational role.
