Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Dispatcher to join our team at Loews Hotel & Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between housekeeping staff, guests, and other hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Telephone Calls: Respond to guest and internal calls in a prompt and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Dispatch Radio Communication: Monitor and respond to dispatch radio communications, ensuring that housekeeping staff are aware of their assignments and any changes to their schedules.
  • Call Dispatching: Dispatch guest, telecom, and supervisor calls to the appropriate parties, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain all housekeeping logs on a daily basis, ensuring that accurate records are kept of housekeeping activities and any issues that may arise.
  • Sign-in and Sign-out Sheets: Maintain sign-in and sign-out sheets for housekeeping staff, ensuring that accurate records are kept of staff attendance and any issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
