Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at Central Garden & Pet Company. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and printing route invoices and other documents.
  • Process intercompany invoices, employee purchases, and customer statements.
  • Enter credit memos and maintain accurate records.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer skills and software applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Great attendance and punctuality.
