Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Practice Services team, including electronic file creation, electronic filing, and answering phones.
- Maintain electronic files and employee records, adhering to established record retention policies.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, submitting video conference and hospitality requests, and booking conference rooms.
- Assist with special projects and firm-wide initiatives, participating in project meetings for planning, implementation, and training.
- Support the delivery of talent development programs, working with our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, with law firm experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal relations skills, with a strong internal client focus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
