Job Summary

The Practice Services Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Practice Services team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role involves providing exceptional support to the team, maintaining electronic files, and coordinating meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Practice Services team, including electronic file creation, electronic filing, and answering phones.
  • Maintain electronic files and employee records, adhering to established record retention policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, submitting video conference and hospitality requests, and booking conference rooms.
  • Assist with special projects and firm-wide initiatives, participating in project meetings for planning, implementation, and training.
  • Support the delivery of talent development programs, working with our Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, with law firm experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal relations skills, with a strong internal client focus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
