Biomedical Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the biomedical and field service technicians assigned to a designated location. This role ensures that medical equipment at the office and customer locations is timely and cost-effectively inspected, repaired, and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the technical services team to ensure efficient and effective equipment maintenance and repair.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of technical experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and its maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions:
The Technical Services Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to travel to customer locations as needed. The role will also require working in a team environment and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective equipment maintenance and repair.
