Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Resort Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless front office operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily front office activities, including guest check-in and check-out, concierge services, and responding to guest requests.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure coordination of guest and owner services, including housekeeping, maintenance, and shuttle services.
  • Develop and implement training procedures to ensure the development and retention of a quality workforce.
  • Maintain a secure key control system and ensure the safety of our guests, owners, and their property.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
  • Proven supervisory skills and ability to train and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
