Front Office Manager Job Description
As a Front Office Manager at Marriott International Inc, you will oversee the Front Office operations to ensure efficient service delivery and impeccable guest care. Your goal will be to achieve profit goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Office staff to ensure they are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent guest service.
- Monitor daily revenue and expenses to minimize losses and maximize profits.
- Act as Manager on Duty when required.
Requirements:
- A four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience.
- Two to three years' experience in a related hotel company position.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
