Kolter Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and manage front office operations for our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and resolving guest issues.
  2. Lead and develop a high-performing front office team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent guest service.
  3. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial record-keeping, money handling, and licensing requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a front office or guest services role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
