Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is motivational, passionate, and fun to lead our Front Office Team. The Assistant Director of Front Office will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office guest services team, PBX, and bell staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assure guest service standards are being applied consistently.
  2. Ensure all hotel and department policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
  3. Mentor, train, and develop staff.
  4. Motivate and drive the staff to achieve goals and results.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and employee relation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and drive the staff.
  • Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking and be goal- and results-oriented.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual a plus.
