Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is motivational, passionate, and fun to lead our Front Office Team. The Assistant Director of Front Office will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office guest services team, PBX, and bell staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assure guest service standards are being applied consistently.
- Ensure all hotel and department policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
- Mentor, train, and develop staff.
- Motivate and drive the staff to achieve goals and results.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and employee relation skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive the staff.
- Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and be goal- and results-oriented.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Bilingual a plus.
