Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers in identifying their HVAC needs and provide recommendations on products and services.
  • Support outside sales personnel in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Attend sales meetings and training events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company initiatives.
  • Review sales programs and promotions with the Inside Sales Manager to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the HVAC industry or distribution environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
