Job Summary

This role will be responsible for executing business quality programs in the field, collaborating with key partners such as business quality leadership, Field QA, R&D, and manufacturing facility teams. The successful candidate will support the execution of commercialization processes, enabler implementation, BQA program implementation, and facility-level implementation of product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new product commercialization, quality improvement projects, and enabler programs through execution, data collection and analysis, and product evaluation in the field.
  • Partner with field quality and facility leadership teams to analyze category-level consumer trends and data, consumer complaints, sales inquiries, and product evaluations.
  • Serve as the business quality team point of contact for field execution, including data collection and analysis, product quality specification and procedure development, field and facility team training, and facility-level commercialization and enabler execution.
  • Provide insight and support in the development, implementation, and ongoing tracking of key quality KPIs.
  • Lead and support the business quality team in their efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the food industry, food science, product development, quality, or product processing industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the food industry or relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Expert abilities and decision-making for Food Safety, Regulatory, and Quality challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of Product processing and Quality Standards, Systems, and Quality Policies.
  • Ability to engage other business unit quality in development and standardization of Quality manuals, policies, procedures, and data templates, audit standards and procedures, and Quality Key Performance Indicators.
  • Knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control programs, Design of Experiment and Process capability studies.
Working Conditions

50-60% travel required.

Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $85,900-$140,800. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
