Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our 'Elevate the Consumer Experience' workstream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Facilitate Enterprise-Level Product Evaluations
    • Develop and implement processes for enterprise-level product evaluations at the plant, category, and brand level.
    • Facilitate and manage product evaluations, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Analytical Evaluations and Data Analysis
    • Perform analytical evaluations, data collection, analysis, and reporting in support of commercialization, enablers, and consumer complaint initiatives.
  • Process Standardization
    • Standardize processes within business quality at the enterprise level to ensure consistent execution across product categories.
  • Quality Performance KPIs
    • Provide insight and support in the development, implementation, and ongoing tracking of Quality performance KPIs.
  • Team Support
    • Provide direction and support to plant and corporate Quality and project teams.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Related Science.
  • Experience
    • 1+ years' experience in the food industry.
  • Skills
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Foundational knowledge of statistics and data analysis concepts.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with prioritization and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $47,600-$79,800. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. We offer competitive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
