Role: Technical Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical sales assistance to secure client orders
  • Facilitate technical support for various projects
  • Contribute to technical workshops and seminars
  • Engage with clients regularly to address their needs
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on supporting systems
  • Take part in new project initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • Professional Engineering License is preferred
  • Green Belt Certification is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM, SCPQ, and ERP systems
  • Experience in continuous improvement and lean methodologies

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, reach, bend, and move as necessary

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this role is between $67,000 and $99,000, in addition to performance bonuses. Xylem provides a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) plans, paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
