Position Summary:
Job Title: Technical Solutions Engineer
Location: Preferred metropolitan areas include Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC.
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Work towards achieving specific goals and targets established by management.
- Honor commitments made to the Service Departments.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Water Treatment Industry, encompassing Production, Quality Control, Sales, and Service related to Kurita America's Product Line.
- Expand and enhance knowledge in sales, technical fields, and market dynamics.
- Provide assistance for field service operations conducted by Field Service Representatives.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from a recognized technical institution.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Hold a Class B license and be capable of operating a company vehicle or be enrolled in the Kurita America FAVR program.
