Position Summary:

We are seeking a Business Process Transformation Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will spearhead various growth and transformation projects within our Enterprise and Wholesale business unit.

As an Individual Contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to develop business processes that support new product offerings, lead initiatives to enhance existing systems and workflows, and drive technical efficiencies as Brightspeed transitions to a new system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to identify challenges, assess current processes, and explore technology opportunities and constraints.
  • Serve as a pioneer in facilitating cross-functional exploration and decision-making.
  • Document and develop business and system requirements effectively.
  • Take initiative in addressing issues and gaps identified during your assessments, driving innovative solutions.
  • Lead significant strategic projects as designated by senior leadership, including product launches and system transformations.
  • Enhance technical and process efficiencies as Brightspeed migrates to its new system architecture.
  • Advocate for improvements that enhance both internal user and customer experiences.
  • Formulate and implement change management and communication strategies.
  • Oversee testing schedules, logistics, plans, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide project management guidance to ensure clarity regarding timelines, risks, and team roles.
  • Act as a point of escalation for project teams and stakeholders to manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively handle change control, communicate project scope impacts, and devise contingency plans.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time data.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise and/or Wholesale Telecommunications.
  • At least 7 years of leadership or program management experience.
  • Proven track record in leading Sales enablement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree, PMP, or SCRM Master certification preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire teams, promote collaboration, and drive project success.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficient in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders to align projects with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and devise creative solutions.
