We are seeking a seasoned Area Business Manager to drive sales growth and develop key customer relationships in the healthcare industry. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of oncology and hematology, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.



Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a business plan aligned with marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including Hematologists and Oncologists.
  • Utilizing effective selling techniques and marketing strategies to create and expand product understanding and appropriate patient identification.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's oncology portfolio remains competitive.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A BA/BS degree from an accredited school, with a focus in business or life science.
  • Minimum two years of Oncology/Hematology sales experience or one-year previous company sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Up to 2 years successful experience in the sale of chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of and familiarity with the hospital and cancer center environment, preferred.
