Job Description:

As a Business Support Manager II, you will be responsible for managing diverse administrative functions for a large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope. This role requires associates in one or more locations, and you will be responsible for financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial control/budgeting and consolidation
  • Coordinate personnel processes
  • Ensure audit/compliance and premises are up to date
  • Coordinate certain projects
  • Develop and implement associate training programs
  • Improve service quality and process efficiency
  • Ensure business continuity and communication


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business support and risk management in a complex organization supporting senior leaders
  • Strong analytical, risk management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint


This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan, and we offer a competitive salary range of $117,188.70 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
