Business Leadership Role for Innovative Food Service Manager

As a leader at MOD, you'll provide direction and coaching to your team, focusing on building and maintaining the MOD experience. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business results, and engaging customers and team members. This includes leading through others, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing action plans to achieve success.


You'll also be responsible for managing store inventory levels, ensuring supplies are ordered and received, and maintaining accurate cash management. Additionally, you'll communicate effectively with your team to ensure they're aware of upcoming initiatives and track, report, and resolve facilities issues.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, driving the best possible business results and engaging customer and team member experience
  2. Provide leadership to the entire team, with particular attention to the Store Coach and Shift Captains
  3. Identify opportunities to improve store performance, review store results, and develop action plans to achieve success
  4. Engage the team in solving problems and successfully achieving store goals
  5. Partner with peers and leadership to request support and resources
  6. Manage staffing levels through proactive talent recruitment and selection processes
  7. Build and sustain community relationships
  8. Utilize forecasts and labor models to distribute staffing and schedules
  9. Overall accountability for cleanliness and food safety within the store
  10. Hold team members accountable for their performance and demonstrate a growth mindset for ongoing development
  11. Celebrate team wins and recognize individual contributions
  12. Manage store inventory levels and ensure supplies are ordered, received, and processed
  13. Maintain accurate, secure, and timely cash management
  14. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure they're aware of upcoming initiatives
  15. Track, report, and resolve facilities issues
