Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Invo Healthcare is seeking a talented, full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our school-based services team in Fairfield, CA.
About the Role:As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to pediatric and school-aged children. You will also perform crisis evaluation and behavioral intervention, as well as comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments of students as appropriate.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to pediatric and school-aged children
- Perform crisis evaluation and behavioral intervention
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments of students as appropriate
- Apply psychological principles, methodology, and techniques designed to modify behavior
- Maintain appropriate records
- Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of an effective treatment plan based on the individual's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
