Job Title: Account Executive

Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, Inc. (CIL) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our Central US territories and driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
  • Present CIL products and services to customers and prospects
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management and CIL teams
  • Negotiate contracts, supply agreements, and pricing agreements with customers
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, pricing, supply chain, production, R&D, and customer engagement to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or related field required or experience in technical sales
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a high-volume territory
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a scientific or technical industry
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
