Account Executive

Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, Inc. (CIL) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our Central US territories and driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Present CIL products and services to customers and prospects
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management and CIL teams
- Negotiate contracts, supply agreements, and pricing agreements with customers
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, pricing, supply chain, production, R&D, and customer engagement to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or related field required or experience in technical sales
- 2+ years of sales experience in a high-volume territory
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a scientific or technical industry
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
