Dell Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and solution requirements
  • Grow share of spend across Dell Technologies' portfolio of technology solutions
  • Lead territory and account planning, sales forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business results
  • Engage with decision-makers at client facilities to deliver primary duties
  • Provide sales leadership and expertise on large, complex opportunities
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Exceptional customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions address business challenges
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills
What We Offer:

Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $266,050-$379,500, which includes base salary and commissions.
