Qualifications:

Education: A Master's or Postgraduate degree is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading complex projects and programs.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated success in assembling, advising, and coaching project teams in intricate environments.
  • 10 years of experience in Change Management and Leadership.

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Proven experience in advising senior management and presenting to executive-level audiences.
