Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Program Management team responsible for large-scale integration initiatives, focusing on risk management, performance tracking, and resolution strategies.
- Drive the planning and execution of multiple programs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to convert strategic objectives into actionable integration programs.
- Identify and prioritize programs that align with organizational strategy, making informed decisions to enhance program outcomes.
- Build and nurture a high-performing program management team.
- Establish key performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of integration efforts.
- Implement robust governance structures for program oversight, including steering committees and change control boards, while providing regular updates to executive leadership.
- Effectively navigate ambiguous requirements and dynamic environments.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
Education: A Master's or Postgraduate degree is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading complex projects and programs.
- At least 10 years of demonstrated success in assembling, advising, and coaching project teams in intricate environments.
- 10 years of experience in Change Management and Leadership.
Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proven experience in advising senior management and presenting to executive-level audiences.
