Overview

This role is pivotal in spearheading initiatives that improve product excellence and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and coordinate technical programs within the WiFi Product Operations group.
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering teams to tackle technical challenges.
  • Oversee the resolution of WiFi hardware and software issues.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically in WiFi standards, including protocols such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax.
  • Proven expertise in WiFi technology and its application within telecommunications settings.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Azure environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $55-60/hr. Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. Additionally, employees will have access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching, along with paid sick leave and other paid time off as per applicable laws.
