Role Overview:
As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee the functionality, upkeep, and repair of manufacturing utilities and equipment within a regulated production environment. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with external engineering partners and service providers to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Address mechanical service requests and conduct in-house repairs across the facility.
2. Execute tasks across various maintenance disciplines, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
3. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on critical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with utility and process equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
5. Coordinate and supervise external service providers, ensuring adherence to documentation and training protocols.
6. Assist leadership in achieving daily operational goals and, when necessary, take on supervisory duties.
7. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a technical program or equivalent experience in maintenance trades within regulated industries.
- Relevant licenses in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, along with extensive hands-on experience in a GMP setting.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in plant engineering maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, SOPs, and various maintenance systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
