About the Role

ParetoHealth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with consultants and prospective employers to drive business growth and development.
  • Assist consultants with the identification and education of good prospective employers and provide expertise on Pareto's cost containment programs.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to support the successful execution of sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Implement sales techniques focused on the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the self-insured market.
  • Advanced knowledge of the designated marketplace.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications.
  • Strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
